Nella cucina di un autentico casolare toscano del ‘700, immerso fra gli olivi, scopriremo i sapori delle ricette casalinghe.
Si inizia con la scelta degli ingredienti, la raccolta di spezie dai prati dell’agriturismo e le verdure dall’orto. Poi impareremo a preparare antipasti toscani, un primo piatto, un contorno e il dolce.
La durata dell’attività è di circa 4 ore, compreso il pranzo con le ricette cucinate insieme.

Tuscan home cooking lesson at Monte Pisano

What we do: in the kitchen of an authentic 18th century Tuscan farm-house, nestled among the olive trees, we will discover the flavors of homemade recipes.
We start with the choice of ingredients, the collection of spices from the farm’s lawns and the vegetables from the garden. Then we will learn how to prepare Tuscan appetizers, a first course, a side dish and dessert.
The duration of the activity is about 4 hours, including lunch with the recipes cooked together
