Calmly, without hurry…….

Why ?

The purpose is to satisfy as best as possible every curiosity in order to gain the right awareness regarding types, origins, labeling, and wise choices to be made. This is the only way to arrive at wise, qualified and responsible selections when making purchases. But above all because Extra Virgin Olive Oil-the real one-is still not sufficiently known, valued, and taken into proper consideration.
